I tend to utilize acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, polyvagal-informed interventions, and an interpersonal style. My clients have expressed appreciation for my warmth, attunement, and sense of humor. I enjoy working with people of all genders and sexual orientations! Kink positive.
